Steve Holland's preparations ahead of the important clash at home to Southend has been dealt with a few blows.

Holland will have to make do with out in form Michael O'Connor who has been ruled out with a groin injury after aggrivating it after playing 3 games in as many days for club and country.
O'Connor complained of soreness after the defeat to Luton last week and the Irish international has not trained this week at all.

On loan striker Steve Jones is also ruled out with a back problem which the player picked up in training. Jonah felt his back spasm on the training pitch and had to be stretchered off. The player has since had treatment from the club's physio and has responded to it and could make the trip to Yeovil next week.

Holland also has concerns over the Julien Baudet and George Abbey with Baudet suffering from flu over the last few days and although he reported to training on Friday the Frenchman is rated doubtful.

Abbey on the other hand went over on his ankle in training the other day but Steve Holland was confident that the Nigerian defender would come through Fridays training session without any problems.

If both players do not declare themselves fit then Chris McCread and Daniel O'Donnell look set to replace them.
