Iceman frozen out?

It seems that a clash of personalitys with Thordarson and Gradi is part to blame as well as the Thordarsons proposed contract.

The Michael O'Connor transfer to Lincoln City also has not gone down well with the board as he was being lined up to join Derby County on loan with a view of a transfer to the Championship club for a fee.

Mad also understands that the Rams move was due to take place next week but O'Connor sought for a quick loan and shocked everyone by signing for League Two outfit Lincoln City.

Another stumbling block has been Thordarson's contract and it seems an offer is on the table but the Iceman is not happy and that the board will not stand in his way if he decides to walk.

Hopefully the club and Thordarson can sort out their differences and concentrate on steering the club away from the relegation trapdoor.

Today before the Hereford United game Thordarson will be presented with his Manager of the Month award for February.
