24-year-old Noubissie has signed a two year deal at Easter Road with an option for a third year.
Noubussie signed for Crewe last season on a short term contract after impressing during a trial in November. He was released before the transfer window shut and signed for Swindon Town, Paul Sturrock did want to keep the French defender but the player decided to move on.
