Head to Head and Team News - Swindon Town (h)

Crewe will look for three points today as they entertain Swindon Town and look to push away from the relegation zone.

The Railwaymen are now just above the relegation zone after Cheltenham's victory last night over Carlisle and with teams in the zone having games in hand Crewe need to pick up points very quickly.

The Robins have not lost in the last six league games but did crash out of the FA Cup midweek to Barnet after they lost 3-0 in a penalty shoot out.

The Robins have only won twice on the road this season with wins at Millwall and Yeovil while they have drawn five and lost the same amount as well.

The Railwaymen are in need of a win after losing the last three games and have only registered one win in the last eleven games which has put pressure on coach Steve Holland.

Crewe Team News.

Crewe have Shaun Miller out injured after the player picked up an ankle injury in the 2-1 defeat to Swansea City in midweek. Billy Jones is ruled out until March with a knee injury so on loan signing Patrick Boyle will make his home debut this afternoon. Steven Schumacher looks set for a recall to the starting XI while Tom Pope has done enough to keep his place in the team.

Manager Maurice Malpas could recall Craig Easton after the midfielder missed the FA Cup defeat to Barnet with a calf strain.
Former loan player Anthony McMee looks to start on the left while Malpas may recall Barry Corr after serving a three match suspension.
