Crewe hope to carry on up the table by securing another home win this afternoon over a Northampton team that has only won once on their travels.

Northampton have been dealt with a blow this week with the news that club captain Chris Doig is out for three to four months with knee ligament damage. So manager Stuart Grey has signed Guy Branston on loan from League Two team Peterborough.
Bradley Johnson and Andy Kirk will be recalled after being rested last week in last weekends FA Cup game against Darlington but Mark Hughes is still suspended.
