The Railwaymen have lost both away games so far this season with defeats coming at Carlisle United and last week at Hereford United.
Another defeat today and a draw between Cheltenham v Hudderfield will see the Alex slip to the bottom of League One.
Leeds themselves have not had the best of starts and have only picked up one point in front of the Elland Road faithful. United sit in 14th place in the league and a win for the Railwaymen would see them leapfrop over United in the table.
Crewe Team News....Crewe still have Michael O'Connor missing as he is on international duty with Northern Ireland, otherwise boss Steve Holland has a full squad to pick from and seems likely to make changes from the team that played Macclesfield in the JPT win midweek.
Holland may revert back to the Elding/Pope attack as Elding will be looking to put one over his former club.

Leading scorer Jermaine Beckford looks set to be recalled this afternoon and Leeds boss Gary McAlister has a doubt over Enoch Showunmi.
Defender Alan Sheenan has overcome concussion and defender Paul Huntington has shaken off a leg injury.
