Gradi tired of Bishop talk.

Crewe were believed to have had an offer for the former York City striker turned down in August but it seems that the Railwaymen are still interested in the Shakers hitman even though the player signed an improved contract a week after the August transfer window shut.

Bishop this season has been dogged with injury and has only netted seven times this season but recently the Shakers board slapped a £400k price on him.

Crewe Technical Director said "I'm not saying we wouldn't be interested but there is no reason why people should be talking about it," he said.

"If we could find someone who will make a difference to us we'd do it but we haven't found one yet.

"We will strengthen if we can."
