Crewe's topscorer had been on brilliant form and making a nice little link up with Rodney Jack as they pushed us up the league but a he was shockingly dropped from the team on Saturday - only it turned out to be a little thigh strain he picked up on Wednesday.
Dario later commented on the injury and Hulse saying 'He's got great attitude and crap judgement'. Today he didn't comment on his attitude but fully praised the striker; "I can't ask Rob to do anymore. With the possible exception of Brammer he is the hardest working player in the team in training."

Hulse is likley to be fit for the league clash with Peterborough on Saturday though.
