Fulham and Leeds keep on the Wright track

Both Fulham and Leeds were having a serious think about 23 year old David Wright at the end of August. The ever impressive, yet unsung hero, right back did spend a day with Leeds at the end of August in an attempt to impress Peter Reid. However nothing happened and Wright admitted he was gutted not to end up with either Premiership club.

Leeds and Fulham scouts have been ever present at Gresty Road this season and both are now, reportedly, ready to bid for Wright once the transfer window opens in January. Leeds are more likely to be after Wright after Danny Mills, Leeds and England right back, said he will refuse to play under Peter Reid again.
