Foz knocked his knee on Wednesday night at Shrewsbury. Today the central defender went to specialist, Dai Rees, to have a scan to see the damage. Dario revealed Foster is out for the 'forseeable future'. "Foz has gone for a scan with Dai Rees today but we don't know how bad it is till we get the results back. I would say he's out for the forseeable future." said the Alex manager. Richard Walker has already been chosen to replace the 23 year old. He is far from happy and is still fuming at how the defence let the LDV slip out of their hands. DG talking about Walker and the defence "Richard didn't do himself any favours at all at Shrewsbury but then neither did any of the defenders" Dario also said how if any of them under perform again theres a perfectly good youngster waiting for his chance, Chris McCready. "Chris McCready has waited very patiently for his chance and is absolutley desperate to play. He will go on the bench for tomorrow and if the defence doesn't improve I would replace anyone with him because he can play centre back and either of full back place"
Some good news now. Jack is to figure on the bench but Dario admits the strikers done nothing to persuade him to start with him. "Rodney is fit enough for the bench. however he has done nothing to show me he deserves a starting place yet" .... Erm, Dario, he's been injured. Ince is also days away from a full return.... lets hope he doesn't have to persuade Dario to play him.
