The 20-year-old Welsh shot stopper who has put in some good peformances for the Welsh U-21's is being linked with Sunderland, Bolton Wanderers, Derby County, Blackburn Rovers and Swansea City.
Williams is out of contract in the summer but has been offered a new contract but it seems that the player will rejcect that and look for a new club come the summmer.
If the player leaves the Railwaymen will be entitled to some compensation as he is under the age of 24.
