Fill The Ground 3

You'll hear more about it over the coming weeks. The third Fill The Ground campaign has been launched and we want YOU to help get fans into the ground for the visit of Gillingham. Why Gillingham? Why not? The crowds have struggled to get above 7,000 this season, only manageable on three occasions so far, so the visit of the Gills will not see a change in that. So far it's destined for a gate less than 6,000.

It's time to get those friends, neighbours, kids, strangers from your local down to the match. Premiership fans they may be but they aren't going to every game, they have the odd weekend, if not every weekend, to spare. So Crewe vs Gillingham is a good opportunity to at least try and convert those fans. Try and make Crewe their second team.

As promoted all over the crewealex.com messageboard FTG3 is aimed to try and add at least 2,000 on to the Gillingham gate. FTG3 is designed to try and get more of Crewe involved in the number one team in Cheshire.

Finally! Crewe are only charging £1 for under-16s on friday. The game is live on Sky Sports but that shouldn't give you an excuse. Round up the kids and take them to the game, let them experience live football... get them interested in YOUR club. They are the fans for the future.
