Tonight will see four internationals in Alex shirts as the Crewe U-19s take on Brentford U-19s. In the Crewe line up will be Gary Roberts (Eng U-17s), Kyle Wilson (Eng U-19s) and Owain Fon Williams (Wales U-19s). They will be joined by the man of the moment Billy Jones who is the regular captain for the England U-17s and at 16 is the only player playing tonight with first team experience after 2 starts and 2 sub appearances.

Tonight they will face Brentford's youngsters who have already beten Havant & Waterlooville and Leyton Orient to make it to the 3rd Round, whilst Crewe were automatically drawn in the 3rd Round.

Tonight will see Billy Jones return to academy action, despite 45 minutes for the first team on Saturday. Billy will be back in the centre half role he loves to command. Youth Director Steve Holland says that Billy could find it difficult to drop in and out of the academy teams:

"Mark Rivers, Kenny Lunt and Dean Ashton have done it before.

"But it is hard for a youngster to come back down from first-team level and perform in the youth team.

"It is a bonus to have him playing for us and I would expect him to make a contribution. But history suggests it is difficult for the youngsters to often do that."

Crewe will be with Paul Bignot, brother of Marcus, and Richie Sutton, who's facing a career saving operation on his back.

If you want to see the youngsters in action then you can watch them tonight at Gresty Road, pay on the turnstyle with price's as:

The winner of tonights game faces an away tie to either Cirencester Town or Bradford City.
