Alex Titchener netted the only goal after seven minutes as the Railwaymen recorded there first win of the year and that also ended a winless run that
spanned six matches.
As a result the U-18's maintained there position of fifth in the league table and are now only two points behind Liverpool having played the same amount of games.
The U-18's are on the road again this Saturday as the venture down the D-road to take on bottom of the table Stoke City who have only managed two wins all season.
