It seems that the club looks set to announce the news that boss Dario Gradi looks set to step down as manager at the end of the season.
It is believed that Gradi will take a position of Director of Football within the club while Academy coach Steve Holland will become first team manager with Neil Baker as his number two.

The club made appointments of Neil Critchely and Jame Collins within the academy setup a few months back this was a sure sign that a change was a foot.
65-year-old Gradi became manager of Crewe Alexandra back in June 1983 when the Railwaymen were a struggling Fourth Division side over the last 24 seasons the club has turned from a club that had to apply for re-election to a team that spent 8 years out of 10 in the Championship and to have one of the best run academys outside of the Premiership.
Last season the club was relegated to League One and this season struggled to adjust to life in League One and only recently secured any chance of relegation again with a 3-1 win over Brentford.
