Iain Dowie has claimed that Crewe will find hard work of his faltering Oldham Athletic in tomorrows masive clash at Gresty Road.

The former Northern Ireland striker's Latics' have plumetted from top spot in the early season to fifth place, after a bad spell of one win in ten games, whereas Dario Gradi's Crewe have done exactly the opposite, in going undefeated in ten games. In doing so, the Railwaymen overtook Oldham in the league last week.

But Dowie still thinks his side can cause problems for the Alex: "Crewe have talented players and always play good football under Dario Gradi, but remember it’s a difficult game for them, too."
