Barnsley 1-3 Wigan
Wigan and Barnsley today
Barnsley manager is under the pressure now after his side fell to yet another defeat at home to high flyers Wigan. Liddle opened the scoring after the 2nd minute, Jackson furthered Wigans lead after the 11th minute. It wasn't till the second half till they got their 3rd when Green fired home 20 minutes after the restart. Barnsley, who were down to ten men, pulled one back within 50 seconds but it wasn't enough. It's now rumoured Steve Parkin could be considering taking the easy way out and resigning.

Cheltenham 1-4 Notts County
County romped home at Cheltenham with a Allsopp double and a Stallard double. Stallard opened the scoring on the 3rd minute and then Allsopp scored the 2nd just 30 seconds after. It took till the 56th minute for another goal to come when Allsopp got his second of the match. Cheltenhams Alsop pulled one back on the 65th minute, but Stallard sent the magpies flying home with a 4-1 win.

Chesterfield 1-0 Blackpool
Chesterfields brilliant season continues as they climb to 5th in the table after a Reeves 50th minute goal.

Luton Town 0-3 Swindon
Swindon made sure they weren't going to be in the relegation zone today as they thrashed Luton 3-0. A 15th minute goal from Howard opened up the goal mouth for Fotiadis to get the second straight after half-time. Then a 83rd minute Howarth goal from the penalty spot sealed off a deserved victory.

Northampton 2-0 Mansfield
You're always guarenteed goals wen Mansfield are about. Today it was just the two though away at Northampton, but it was enough to send Steve Watkiss' men to the bottom of the table. Gabbiadini scored the first goal after 3 minutes from a penalty then 10 minutes from time Trollope sealed it.

Oldham 4-0 Huddersfield
Oldham thrashed Huddersfield to continue their good season. Winjhard scored aginst his old club just 1 minute after kick off, Eyres made it 2 after the 18th minute then Winjhard doubled his tally in the second half and on the hour mark. Da Silva added to the score line 10 minutes from time to end the match at 4-0!

Peterbrough 5-1 Brentford
Peterbrough pulled off shock of the day when they thrashed Brentford. In the 1st minute Peterbrough, who had been on a 8 hour goal drought till last week, scored when Rea . that was it for the first half, but in the second half Peterbrough turned up the heat and slaughtered last years play-off finalists. 3 minutes after the restart bullard scored from the spot for Boro, 20 minutes later it was 3 when Allen got the 3rd. Farrell made it 4 on the 77th minute and despite a Vine goal for Brentford 4 minutes from time but Peterbrough made sure when a last minute attempt from Clarke hit the back of the net.

Port Vale 2-3 Bristol City
Despite coming back from 2-0 down Port Vale conceded in the 90th minute to let Bristol City take all 3 points. Beatle opened the scoring on the 18th minute and 5 minutes before half time Murray scored the second. After half-time Vale came out the strong side and pulled one back through Paynter with 20 minutes left. On the 89th minute when it just looked out of reached Vale equalised through Cummins BUT that wasn't it. Seconds form half time Lita scored the winner for City.

QPR 2-0 Colchester
QPR scored 1 either half as they ran out worthy winners. On the 40th minute Connolly scored the opener then in the 2nd half on the Gallen scored on the 72nd minute.

Tranmere 1-0 Stockport
Tranmere recovered from last weeks defeat with a single goal from Haworth after 15 minutes to get the 3 points against Stockport.

Wycome 2-1 Plymouth
Currie scored 2 in Wycombes 2-1 win against Plymouth. The first on the half hour mark and the second on the 70th minute after Plymouth equalised on the hour mark.
