Plymouth Argyle 2-2 Cardiff City
Cardiff went ahead twice with highly rated, but very ugly, Earnshaw scoring twice for the Bluebirds. Earnshaw opened the scoring after the first 2 minutes but a 35 yard free kick from Plymouth's Paul Wotton on the 8th minute. It took Earnshaw and Cardiff till the 64th minute to head home the second for City and Earnshaw but on the 95th minute Cardiff were cruelly denied the win when Cloughan scrambled the ball in the net. Manager Lennie Lawrence was sent off for moaning about the added time.

This only puts Cardiff 1 point ahead of the rest of the front runners and only 2 ahead of us, if we can beat them on Saturday the confidence in the players will be oozing ahead of more difficult games like Wigan and QPR.
