The 18-year-old defender is the son of assistant manager Steve Davis and has impressed in recent reserve outings and has also captained the academy side this season.
Davis has been at the Alex since the age of 7 and during his time has impressed and in August was given a squad number ahead of the Carling Cup game agsinst Blackpool since then Davis has been on the bench numerous times and has also had a loan spell at near neighbours Nantwich Town.
Gradi told the official site "We have offered Harry a professional contract here and unfortunately he is the only one. "The group as a whole have done really well this year and worked hard but we just couldn't see the others breaking into the first team.
"Harry has got room to improve physically and has been involved with the first team this season already.
"He is a very good footballer and is good in the air, he has impressed in his last two games winning his headers."
