Despite spiteful rumours throughout the internet, about Brammer and his future, over the season Dario believes Brammer, who's out of contract this summer, has become 'one of us'.
"He has been great around the place, he is a real football guy, and is even coming in to help me with the Under-12's on a Thursday night.
"It gives me great pleasure to see a player come to us late in his career and become one of us and that's what Dave has done."
The captain and manager will soon be sitting down in May to discuss Brammer's future. Everyone associated with Crewe wants the influencial captain to stay but Brams will have to take a massive pay cut, from his report £5,000 salary, to stay at the club, it's still unclear what the likely outcome will be.
Meanwhile, more team news comes from attack. With Jones and Ashton playing 40 games this season, along with the international games, both are unlikely to play in both games so Dario will look at which game they can be rested for. Craig Hignett will join them as he looks likely to be rested for both games and going up front ahead of Dean and Jonah will be from Michael Symes, Eamon Zayed and Paul Edwards with the likely line-up to be Symes and Zayed.
