'Dean has reacted very well to being dropped and shown a super attitude, as I would expect. Maybe he can get on with being a normal player now.' 'But it's part of modern-day football that when a youngster has the ability Dean has, they're hyped up as a superstar. Dean has yet to prove that he's going to be a top player but he has the attributes and there's o reason why he can't be.'
'He has alays kept his feet on the floor. I don't think he needed a jolt but he has to be playing well to get his chance and he seems to have had a spring in his step in training this week. Maybe this will lift a weight from his shoulders.'
