Dario : Manager Of The Month

Ok so the team lost two cup games but the panel at Nationwide only count league games and last month Dario and his men won all 4 league games. The month started off at home to Mansfield with a 2-0 win. 10 days later and Darios men travelled to Colchester and despite going behind 2 goals from Jonah sealed another three points and we went into second place. We were moved down to 3rd place when Oldham won a Tuseday night game but we kept fighting and a last minute Jonah goal got another 3 points at home to Huddersfield. A week later and it was 2nd vs 3rd as we travelled to Oldham. Oldham went down to 10 men within 30 minutes and in the second half Hulse scored twice and Dean Ashton finished it off and another 3 points from the 3-1 win.

We've gone from 5th to 2nd in a month and won all 4 of our league games. Dario probably won't be presented the trophy till the Wigan home game a week on Saturday.

Other winners include two former Alex players. Neil *spit* Warnock unfortunately played for Crewe in 1978 and now is leading Sheff Utd to the premiership and former Alex Mike Newell won it with Hartlepool only 4 years after being at the Alex.
