Crewe today welcomed Matt Radcliffe to Gresty Road from neighbours Port Vale to act as one of the clubs physiotherapist to work with Aussie Derek Haysom
and Steve Walker at the clubs fantastic Reaseheath facility.

Matt, who decided to become a physio because 'he spent too much time in the treatment room as a player' has done seven years at university to date and was well-respected by the Vale staff.

Twenty-six year old Radcliffe spent three years at Vale Park and said: "I enjoyed my time at Vale and in a way it is disappointing to be moving on, but I've been given an opportunity at Crewe which I'm looking forward to taking on."

He addded. "Crewe are a club with excellent facilities and a lot of potential. Hopefully I can play my part in helping them consolidate in Division One."

Welcome to the Alex Matt.
