Gradi watched Spurs Reserves and Arsenal Reserves battle out a 1-1 and no doubt one player in the shape of Andrew Barcham.
21-year-old Barcham is a team mate of Lee Barnard's and the two have been regular strike partners in the reserve league over the last few seasons.
Barcham has only featured in the first team once and this being in a Carling Cup game last season against local rivals Port Vale.
