Club call EGM.

It seems that more light may be shared on recent behind the scenes activitys. Today the club will announce that an EGM will take place Wednesday 29 November 2006 at 19:30. To be discussed at the EGM will the updating of articles and an addition to the Memorandum of Assiciation of the Company. So it looks like it will be about the new companies set up during the summer.
Following the EGM the club directors will hold a general forum for discussing items of general interest. It seem that the meeting appears to be for shareholders only.
