Championship winger to arrive on loan.

The club are hoping to finalise the deal that will see the player go straight into the team for Saturday's trip to Calisle United.

Neil Baker confirmed the deal to the Stoke Sentinel, saying: 'We're close to getting a winger in who can play on either flank.

'He's with a Championship side and we have agreed with his club as well as with the player for him to come here.'

Even though Mad know who the player in question is, we are not prepared to name the player until the deal is sorted.
