Bopp joined the Alex back in June 2007 as a free transfer from Rotherham United, Bopp had already played for Nottingham Forest and had come through the ranks at Bayern Munich.
The Ukraine born midfielder made 21 appearances during his time at the club but has been dogged by some injuries that has restricted him.
Bopp made seven league appearances last season butfailed to hold down a place in the team with his last appearance was in the 3-0 home defeat against Oldham Athletic.
