Without a win in 6 games, of which we've taken just 2 points from, Dario is hoping that the 'blip' can end sooner rather than later. Obviously, the key to it is consistency and there's one player who Dario wants the players to look at it terms of consistency.
Speaking to the Chronicle: "We keep talking about David Beckham and Steven Gerrard to them, because they keep churning out performances week after week after week.
"Beckham can't afford to have a bad 10 minutes let alone a bad 10 games. That's what our players are aiming for. I think we have got some players with a lot of skill, it's just a question of reproducing it all the time, and well enough to win games."
A top half finish, or even the play-offs, is not out of the gaffers mind but it all depends on when the team can get to the magical 50 point mark - which should see us safe from relegation:
"The games will come thick and fast now. The only target we have got is 50 points and then we will see how we are from there. If we can get to 50 quickly with a lot of games to go, then maybe we will start to get a bit excited."
