The former Latics defender had to sit out the previous meetings at Boundary Park in the League and the Railwaymen's 1-0 home defeat in the FA Cup in December due to injury.
With the potential lose of Baudet, the back four maybe switched around again with Billy Jones looking to get his first start since Boxing Day and Danny Woodards looks to be in with a shout.
With Jones and Woodards coming back it leaves a headache of who to play in the middle with Chris McCready, Daniel O'Donnoll and George Abbey all vying for the two centre half spots.
