James Collins has now moved as Steve Davis's number two and has been associated with the Alex for many years as a player and a long serving academy coach.
37 year-old Collins holds a UEFA A Licence in coaching and also graduated through the Football Association FA Elite Coaches.
Neil Baker who was Davis's coach has now moved to a new role within the club as Head of Recruitment and will sort the clubs scouting network and will be looking at unearting the next big gem. While former player Alex Morris has moved from to work with the U21's after being succesfull overseeing the U18's.
Former midfielder Kenny Lunt has taken over from Alex Morris and will take over the running of the U18's and will be assisted by another former player in the shape of Lee Bell who retired from professional football last week after succombing to injury.
