Central defender Mark Roberts who has recently come back from loan at Southport has been offered to trian with League Two outfit Chester City.
If the 22-year-old Northwich born player impresses manager Keith Curle then it seems likely he will be offered a contract. Although the player is being monitored by Bournemouth a move Chester would suit him because it's near to his home. Mark's contract does not expire until Summer 2007 (according to the official site) so a fee maybe involved unless he is granted a free.
