It seems that Ipswich Town are looking to offer £1.75m for the striker who has scored 35 times in 65 games.

21-year-old Maynard who missed a big part of last season still managed to net 15 goals has attracted interest from Middlesborought, West Brom, Hull City, Stoke City, Bristol City and Fulham over recent weeks.
