Once again we've contacted the club and non-shareholders are welcome, but by definition, are not able to vote. That's actually of little consequence, as with Crewe Alexandra Limited holding 86% of the shares, they can carry any motion with their block vote.
However, we would implore everyone who can, to attend. We might no longer have a "vote" but we do have a voice, and questions need to be asked!
What questions? This is difficult to say, but significantly for the first time in a very long time, perhaps the whole history of the company, ultimate control is in the hands of one man!
Crewe ASi is scheduled to hold its next committee meeting on Monday 19th Feb, and the forthcoming AGM will be top of the agenda.
