Luton Town Preview

Last time the two teams met it was a different story, Crewe had just secured a 2-1 win at Gresty Road after oing behind after 3 minutes from Oldfield and then Oldfield struck twice as it looked like it was the hatters going to meet Brentford at Wembley Shaun Smith and Colin Little popped up to secure our place into Wembley. Both Shaun Smith and Colin Little won't be playing as they will be hoping to help their new clubs in their fight to either stay in Div 2 or get into the division. Luton are a possible banna slip tonight, if the players have the same attitude as against Plymouth we ould find our selves on the end of a wrong result. Luton have won 4 and drawn 1 of their last 5 games after losing their first 4 games of the campaign. On Saturday they shocked top of the table Wigan as they took the lead and held them till the last minute when Wigan scored from a dodgy free-kick, They beat Oldham 1-0 before that as they became the dangerous team against the top clubs. How ever there is room for complacency as they were beat by Mansfield 3-2.

The team news for tonight is intresting. CreweAlexWorld report that Ashton is set to replace Steve Jones after Jones has put in a couple of below par displays and Neil Sorvel is set to be replaced by Ben Rix after Rix had a fantastic 20 minutes when he came on VS Vale on Saturday. Efe Sodje and Kenny Lunt are expected to start even after they picked up small knocks on Saturday. Dario says their almost certain to start.
Prediction, well it won't be easy at all and Luton probably won't come to put a 10 man defence up and go on the counter, but even so i'm going for anothetr Hulsey hat-trik as Crewe come from behind to win 3-1.
